Hi, I need a CakePHP Developer Required: I have a Real Estate CRM PRO (from codecanyon), I need some customization, original developer wasn't free and did not able to customize. So I need customizations: 1. I need Partially Invoice system, If I have an invoice of 3000 and client pay 2500 I could partially pay for the payment. And remaining 500 should display in "Balance Invoice" 2. I need a Security Deposit against a Deal, Once client end its term and we need to refund "Deposit" and "Deposit" amount should display in "Liability" and Also show in Invoice, Once its refund, the invoice should be displayed as a refund. 3. Any Invoice could be refunded! 4. The deal could be canceled refund anytime. Also, any extra penalty amount should add in an invoice anytime. 5. Deal-related documents upload in the details. 6. User Document could be upload to the user account. 7. Deal Start Date and End Date should be set, If there is not END Date property should display as Available. 8. Any Invoice Can edit anytime, the amount of deal change as per invoice amount change. 9. With Invoice pay, we could upload cheque or any payment document. 10. Any property rate could be set in the deal (or we could set any deal amount, instead of property amount we have set), instead of in property. so we could rent/sale property at any amount. 11. Some other feature we could discuss later.
