High CPU and resources usage

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with the performance of my website. The loading time is fine, the website is optimized but i afraid that i have an issue with ajax and maybe issues with php coding. I need someone which knows how to fix high usage of CPU. Maybe have to run xdebug or something else. I just need to fix this issue as soon as possible without making any additional issues in the website. I have tried to change several hosting but nothing has changed. Please respond just if surely you have the knowledge to fix this. Thanks, Moshe
