Gravityforms - form with Checkboxes populate with a Taxonomy

I looking for someone who can create: - a plugin or script - in the coming days - what does the following: I want to use gravity forms to fill my forms. Thereby i want to be able to select custom taxonomies. Gravityforms support default only "categories". (see : [login to view URL]) I want to be able to do the following: - Select parent taxonomies (for example main regions in a country) - By clicking on the parent the sub taxonomies will "show/drop down" (for example list of important places in the region) - The user can select taxonomies (regions). By selecting a region (sub taxonomie, the parent taxonomie will be also selected) - It must be possible to maximize the amount of selections in the back-end See attachment for a visual example.
