generate cookies for specific sites that can be exported

Hey! So i'm looking for someone who can write a script that generates cookies (using proxies that the user imports) from a few specific sites and then be able to export them as a .json file. I'll include the sites that it's needed for. It would be ideal to have the script generate ~1000 cookies per minute. hoping to spend ~$15 on this as it seems quite easy but we can work out a price if needed.
