Full Stack Developer needed

I'm looking for an expert full stack developer to enhance the existing features and build a new feature for an existing Web application. We need an experienced full stack developer to help us build our application with specific project requirements. Sample tasks You are required to complete a paid task in order test your skill set to determine whether your skills fit well with our product. Task Description: Create a pretty simple program to slice images into tiles. Please find website design image file. The website should allow a user to upload 1 or more jpg or png files. Each file must have the dimension of an a4 paper. After image files are uploaded, split each page image into tiles of equal sizes. Each image should be saved with 3 different resolutions (E.g High-res, Medium-res, Low-res image display). Each tiled image should be saved in the following format: "/img/[login to view URL]" or "/img/[login to view URL]" Where 3(zoom level)_1(page)_0(row)_10(column).jpg Where 3(zoom level)_1(page)_0(row)_10(column).png Zoom level: Corresponds the image resolutions. 3 for High-res, 2 for Medium-res, and 1 for Low-res image display Page: Corresponds to numbered order of how each image file was saved. Row: Corresponds to the row of the image in the page. Column: Corresponds to the column of the image in the page Reward: A successful candidate would be chosen if the task is completed successfully and their skill set fits well with our product. Things we would be looking at are how the website is implemented, is it responsive and follows the required development standard and best practices, and finally if the project meets the requirements specified. The successfully candidate would be paid $60 for the job and hired to work on a long term project.
