Fix Wordpress blog page loading problem

I have hired a freelancer to edit this page and he has really messed it up!
1) Everytime I update a post, the old version of the post shows up
2) And sometimes both the old version of the post AND the new version of the post show up at the same time!
I need someone that can fix this TODAY and than I'll have more tasks for him on the site.
