fix input type "date" min/max attributes

Ok, I have some functions in javascript/jquery to add dinamic attributes to input type "date" ... the functions set correctly but when user go to next step, "max" attribute it seems not to be working (only "min" is working). Need a javascript gurú to fix right now (no amateurs, training or juniors pleaseeeeeeeee) Need fixed now, budget $15 usd including freelancer's fee. It's a 15 min task. Regards
