fix hacked website, remove malware, update theme, install child theme

Out website has been hacked and we need the malware removing and making sure that it won't happen again. Its not too bad 1&1 said we could do it ourselves but we're not sure how. Last we checked there was only 12 infected files. We also need the website updating to the latest theme, we use the theme salient but we have customised it considerably without a child theme being installed. We want a child theme installing as well so we can update the theme without losing the customizations in the future.
