I have a few errors on my Magento website product pages.
1. Photo zoom feature not working
2. Add to cart button not working
3 Color swatches won't show on front end (most important)
4. when adding products it will no longer show on front end
5. when on product pages, category dropdown menu no longer opens when hovered over even though it works when not on a product page.
I have Ultimo Theme. I was told by those developers that the issue was not the theme but due to 3rd party extension however I disable those extension and the problem still exists.
The is what the developer told me below.
The problem is that you integrate third-party extensions which unnecessarily loads multiple versions of jQuery.
If you check our demo site you can see that there is no such problem.

You can have a jQuery conflict when some third-party extensions unnecessarily loads another version of jQuery (theme already loads one). There can be only one version loaded. So you will need to remove that additional instance of jQuery or remove the extension, and all will work fine.
How to modify these extensions to fix the problem? This is question to the authors of these extensions or to the person who develops your Magento site. Integration of third-party extensions is unfortunately beyond the scope of our theme support.
