Hello, From your project description it seems like basic data scraping. The difficulty is in the number of bookmakers to scrape (every website needs a different script to get the data). I can build an automated tool to save the data into a database (any SQL, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) or into a text file or json. Of course the language choice depends on what your server supports.
