envio de url whatsapp por formulario

Tengo un formulario en el que le quiero agregar un campo para que la gente lo complete con su numero de whatsapp. La idea es que al llegar los datos de ese formulario al destinatario (una cuenta de correo) ese numero de whatsapp llegue ya con el link para que al apretarlo se abra el whatsapp para comunicarse con la persona que dejo su numero en el form. Ya he creado un programa similar, la idea es asegurar que el número se coloque dentro del enlace de whatsapp para cada usuario que ingrese su número. en fin te doy la idea si aun no entiendes déjame ayudarte.
