Note I need ADVISOR who has vast knowledge of Web Development tools and has 10 years experience of Web development with all tools.
We need a Web Development Advisor for our B2B Ecommerce Project throughout development period. The advisor needs to Advise us on Developer Selection, Contracting, best fit technologies, Progress and possible risks. S/he should have already experienced web development and operation management of well-known B2B or B2C Ecommerce. Furthermore, he should know general information about technology requirements, development team, Budget, ecommerce tools, Front End, and Back End, API, Gateways, Testing, Fixing and Redesigning, Deployment, Hosting, Project Management plus Timeline, Monitoring Progress in accordance with plan. The advisor should be monitoring the development of the whole ecommerce project and advise us on important points to complete the project.
Business Model
First you need to understand our business, so accordingly you can plan and advise us. I want to select a tech partner in my business, who will be working for longterm.
Our Business is similar to [login to view URL] with some difference. Its a B2B Marketplace where chinese manufactuers are sellers and UAE businesses will be buyers.
Buyers in UAE will pay 30% Advance, then Buy items on the platform for Minimum 5 Cartons. Then, the Chinese seller will receive the order and send 5 carton to logistic Hub in China.
The logistic Hub will receive the products and do quality inspection, then they will wait for more orders to be accumulated to fill up 40 feet container. Once full, they will send the container to UAE.
In UAE, we will dispatch the container from port, then receive the pending amounts from buyers. Then deliver the goods to their warehouse.
Sellers, Buyers, Logistic Hubs, and our Admin (accounts, delivery, warehouse) will coordinate their work on the platform
