"Donor - Charity" automation with forms and queries in WordPress

Our project is called "Adopt a handicapped kindergarten". It is a charity program. We have a website [login to view URL] where we have two forms: FORM "A" - for the charities to register to be adopted (text input fields) FORM "B" - for the donors to register (email, name, etc.) and selects the adopted charity (dropdown selector) The data from FORM "A" is saved in the database. When the Donor registers on FORM "B", can select from the charities in the database (query). All the data of that charity is imported (query) for processing. On FORM "B" when the submit button is pressed, the data is saved in the database, and an email is generated from a template, including the data of the selected charity. The form sends the email (php_mail) to the FORM "B" user. In the backend, in the "A" database, the admin can select/deselect the individual lines to be in the query. This way the admin can define which charities are in the dropdwon list on FORM "B". The default is "selected" when a new line is created. Both data from FORM "A" and FORM "B" can be exported in xls/csv format. -------REMARKS---------- We are using Caldera Forms. It would be nice to use it for this project. Both FORMS should be editable, such as their input fields. The sent email's template should be editable, with data input fields. A sketch is attached.
