Develop Responsive Website from HTML Template

This is a simple project for a nice looking website.
A Template folder with all html files and bootstrap will be supplied.
Designs are ready, .psd files can be supplied if needed, images are sliced and ready also.
There may be 4 or 5 changes you have to make to the html files (only minor changes) so it fits with the designs and the rest is the same as the template files.
There is an enquiries form which also needs to be created. This is the only page which doesn't have an .html template ready for it. It simply sends an email to an address we will supply.
The contact form also sends an email (when submitted) to an email address.
No database required for this website.
There is no CMS or ADMIN areas.
This is a simple static website.
In the pdf attached stock images with their WATERMARKS have been used, these images have been purchased and re-sized to suit the template.
Code must be clean and WC3 compliant. Your code will be cross tested by another developer and browser tested by 2 additional people.
Hosting is set up and ready to go now.
