Develop Import of WooCommerce Reviews Function for a Plugin

Hello, I have reviewed the specification for this project. I am a WordPress plugin developer. Having developed dozens of plugins, many integrating with WooCommerce, I can complete this project very efficiently without compromising quality. This project seems quite straightforward, though I have a couple of questions; does cancelling the import need to remove reviews already imported? With regards to the specification, "This functionality must be added to an existing plugin" does this mean a tab in WooCommerce settings or as part of some other plugin?
