Develop a dynamic offer/tender builder jQuery/PHP

Make a dynamic offer/tender builder in jQuery/PHP. The offer template starts with the following fields/characteristics: - position; possibility to drag this line up and down to sort it (jquery Drag&Drop) - qty; for defining the quantity and unit (for e.g. 1x) - description; possibility to manually type productdescription or search the productdatabase and fill in all fields automaticly based on returned data. - ppu (price per unit); when description is found thru the search then automaticly fill otherwise it can be filled manually. - discount field; can be filled with an % or absolute amount. - totalprice; total price of this line, so the calculation would be: (quantity * price per unit - discount(optional)) The form starts with 1 standard row with the fields above, user has to have option to add additionale rows. - Besides that beneath the form with the productlines, there has to be a sum up of all totals, and a calculation of the VAT (21%). - A possibility to save the output or load the output of a saved offer in (mySQL) NOTE * automaticly update totalprices and subtotal, VAT and endvalue on change of any value.
