Job Description: To design an online procurement (purchasing) B2B website for a seller (our company) who sell to different buyers . The website should not look like Amazon or Ebay (online store) because products will not be displayed in the store. How we want the site: Home page to be simple and professional and show the log on page or sign up page. New client sing up with name, email and phone number. Email of validation must sent to him to approve the sing up. Then the seller will approve his sign up (because it is B2B and we do not everyone to have access). The main user is (Purchasing manager or procurement manager of the property) where he can update all his information such as email, address, numbers and so on. This manager can create other sub-users. Sub users category are three: Engineering ,Purchasing and accounting. To create the sub users: main user fill name and email and tick mark what this user can do (Send PR (Purchase Request), receive PR, Send RFQ (Request for Quotation), Receive Quotations, Send PO (Purchase Order), receive invoice). Then email of confirmation to be sent to this sub user to confirm and then he can fill all his information. For buyer to order: The engineering user who want to order spare part. He click to new PR button. He fill all information (part number, description, upload photos and etc.) then PR is sent to Purchasing department (only user have the right to receive PR) then this PR can be converted to RFQ to be sent to the seller (our company). It might be two or more PR there and the purchasing can choses what items of those PRs to be in the RFQ. Our company then will receive the RFQ, we might have questions about the order so create a chatting dialogue between all bodies involved even other users who did not order or received the order (between al users in Engineering & purchasing AND our company). Then we send the quotations (and depended on who can see the quotations. If the buyer (engineering or purchasing have a comment then they can write in the chatting dialogue). All submittals and chats must also copied to emails. Then the engineering if he is OK with item specifications he can approve the item. Once items approved, the purchasing can create PO (this PO might also could be received by the accounting users). Then order will appear in the purchasing users as ordered, or shipped or partially shipped, or delivered or partially delivered. Once order is delivered automatic invoice will be created only for delivered order to be send to accounting user.
