Customize Jobseekers Application

The application is Diesel's Job Site ([login to view URL]). We need someone that has expirience in this application. Here is a list of exmaples of what we need to edit/add in the application: 1-In the admin area, to be able to search JobSeekers by Job Category. 2-When the printing of an email is done, we want to be able to modify how it looks(we have a simple Word document so you can use as a guide). 3- To disable the Employer Plans feature. Only serious bidders please.
