CSV export plugin for woocommerce products

One of my client ([login to view URL], website developed with wordpress/woocommerce) has made an agreement with another site to publish the products of the store.
What I need to do is export a CSV file where I only choose some columns with a certain order from the woocommerce product table.
Also, I need two columns to be merged ( "regular_price" and "sale_price" ) separated by :
in the regular and sale price I also need the points to be reverted to commas ( example now the price is 69.00 I need that to become 69,00 ).
The CSV file fields must be separated with the special character "§".
The CSV must be exported daily with a scheduled time, and the file must be placed in a FTP specific location automatically.
I attach to the e-mail the file "[login to view URL]" which is the actual export file with all the fields.
I also attach one other "[login to view URL]" where I only put the columns I need, in their specific ordering.
Please note, I need to create 3 more columns for my products (you can see in “[login to view URL]” the cols. “B - C - J”), which for the first time I input directly in the CSV and import to Wordpress to assign the values to the relative products.
For the new products those values should be input directly in the backend.
