I am looking for someone to create an AED simulator that my students can use on a web page on their desktop, phone, or tablet. The visual on the screen must be similar to that of a real AED with functioning buttons.

The on/off button should start the scenario with sounds. If the student clicks where the wires connect, the simulator should now process that the pads are connected. The shock button should only work when the machine says "Shock Advised" when the click the shock button, or space bar, the simulated shock should be delivered. The machine will wait two minutes, and advise the student to "stand clear-analyzing" and then say "no shock advised, if needed, resume CPR". I will provide clearer voice prompts for the simulator once the job is awarded.
Your code needs to run on my webserver. All code must be commented out for future changes or improvements. I have attached a picture of the AED. I can get a more head-on picture if needed.
You must provide a working copy on your server first so I can test and request adjustments as needed.
Please ask questions prior to bidding. Please put a description of what you plan to do in your bid so I know your bid is not bot driven.
