I need an application to obtain medical appointments, where the user (Patient) will be able to search doctors and chose from a list to obtain a medical appointment at a certain date and time; as a result of the search will obtain the list of Doctors ordered by proximity (using the device's GPS), according to the user Profile. On the doctor's side, you will have to register and subscribe to a plan (plans with expiration date), once registered only the administrator through the backend can activate users, the accounts expirations is generate from aplication and save in susbscriptions table. The registered and activated doctor will be able to define the days and hours of attention from the application (scheedules) for users can obtain appoitments, can register the attentions made to his patients and he will be able to contact his patients via private chat. The application must have a CMS to manage the data. All the functionalities and designs are in the attached document, the application has to have those designs and the functionality described. The application will have to be developed for devices IOs and Android natively (Swift orObjetive C) and the backend in PHP and MySQL all desing are described in english for you easy understanding ** Please read attached document well before making your proposal Sorry for my bad english (i'm speak spanish)

Dear Sir, I have read your project description & checked both PDF documents carefully. I have found that this is a big project, as you want both Apps along with the back-end Admin, which means that WebServices (API) is also required. This is very much doable but not in US $1,500, as this budget is very low, in fat in this budget, its almost impossible to develop even single App. So please initiate the chat to finalize the contract details, estimate, payment terms etc. but just so you know, I am flexible in prices, as quality comes first for me and then prices.
