Consultation for create the PHP + Hybrid Application

Need a solution /advise for Architecture design for PHP based, Mobile Application I would like to develop the Hybrid Web Application with using PHP as back-end. Kindly provide the solutions, in diagram and point forms, on which technology should I go for it. 1. In term of reliability, stability (will become backend of Hybrid Mobile Apps) and cost, which PHP framework should go for it? a. Laravel b. Codeigniter (I am personal vote for this due to easy to deployment) 2. Hybrid Mobile Development which compatible with PHP web based a. Ionic b. React Native 3. How to control and maintain the version of source code in PHP and Mobile Development (for which selected above)? 4. How to protect the Customers / Users information database and not to be expose to developer in the future development? 5. Which products in Azure, AWS and Google should be choose, If I want to store the user’s data into above mentioned clouds? However, transaction data will be stored in share hosting company server. 6. What VPS server hardware requirement is needed, if I want to control developers only able to work in the VPS environment only? or Any other solutions except using VPS? I would like to have programmer has experience working on php + hybrid web application experience to provide me the consultation.
