- Chauffeur or Self-drive options
- Search database for cars and select
- Book, payments are made via Till Number (Safaricom), PayBill (Airtel Money) or direct online payments via PayPal
CAR HIRE
- Queue cars available for hire (database)
- Receive bookings
- Indicate when is next available
- If a vehicle is booked, a car is automatically removed from list till time of availability
- Financial Report, Daily weekly Monthly report
a. Indicate available seats depending on bus type, 7 passengers, 11 passengers, 33 passenger, 54 passengers
b. Queue buses, create bus departure departures on time intervals
c. Receive bookings
d. Check In function – as passenger boards, agents checks them in
e. Financial Report - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report
f. Request money on paid tickets 15min to departure
On BUS BOOKING page, create FROM and TO and DATE functions to search live feeds of available buses. If a bus is available, indicate:
i. Display booking capacity.
ii. Reserved seats
iii. Available seat numbers.
iV. Book, payments are made via Till Number (Safaricom), PayBill (Airtel Money) or direct online payments via PayPal
