Cloudinary Video Upload, Transformation receipt and Display in Drupal 8 content type

We have a video content type. We need a custom video field(s) to upload, convert, and display video and thumbnail or video preview

Requirements:

- Utilize cloudinary API to upload video: [login to view URL]

- Receive string from cloudinary when conversion is complete, publish entity

- Utilize cloudinary video preview features to generate and store preview clip of video: [login to view URL]

- Be able to scan through video to select specific point in time for thumbnail:

[login to view URL]

- Integrate Cloudinary video player: [login to view URL]

- Tie in with views and display. we should be able to use the thumbnail, video, and video preview in those drupal 8 modules core modules. so nothing 3rd party
