Check and ammend php code for image import

I had some PHP code written a few years ago which has for some reason stopped working. The freelancer is no longer active so looking for someone to figure it out/fix as I don't have the time. The Code is written in PHP and was run on a cron job to look at an xls file on the suppliers' website, reads the file (including various e.g product1, product1_1, product1_2) and grabbed the relevant images via their FTP and transferred to my site. It also erased images on my site that are no longer on the spreadsheet. Ive checked the obvious...log in details, made sure i can connect via core ftp, made sure it reads the xls file and it tells me there are no images available against the product even though i know they are there. I have attached the file (but obvs remove paths and logins but will provide the unedited file to the winner) I'm not looking to pay a fortune as I only paid about £30 for the whole script. There are other ideas i want doing too so could be the catalyst for further projects. DO NOT PLACE 'HOLDING' or 'INTERESTED' BIDS - please bid for doing the actual project as previous projects ive spent time going through further details after awarding for a freelancer to say I'll do it for X when they quoted Y and said that it was a holding bid. So please quote for what it'll cost/ask for further details before quoting
