My objective is to make website who is ONLY a web chat with room system exactly like IRC is working. But due to lot of hosts banned IRC technology, I want to make website who work exactly the same. Major points going to be: 1) The chat system / refreshing etc ... 2) Administration (IRC have admin / moderator AND admin / moderator only on specific room) I have FRENCH description of lot of features.

Hi. I think that you need your own irc web client even using your own irc server so you can use it without problem creating your own rooms. I've worked with irc from many years ago (ok.. Im talking about my age :-) Open to questions P.D. I can read french without problem.
