I'm looking for a developer for a new web service. The service will allow users to convert PDF files to landing pages, available on a unique link.
Step-by-step:
1. User visits the site (e.g. [login to view URL])
2. Uploads PDF file
3. His PDF is available at [login to view URL] as a landing page
An important point - the service should convert PDF to HTML file, not JPG or any other picture format.
Here’s the list of libraries that could be useful for development: PDFBox, mPDF, TCPDF and pdf-to-html-master (php library). It’ll be great if you have experience with one or more of them.
The budget for the development is $ 100 for the ready-made service.
