I am both the software/database developer and CEO of a small software startup, me being the only employee. I have created an insurance sales system (C#, HTML 5,web forms, bootstrap, and other technologies) that I am looking to enhance possibly with similar technologies, that could include web forms, MVC, jquery, css, HTML 5 and other useful technologies.
Primarily, I am looking for a front end programer to integrate a jquery form builder, perhaps [url removed, login to view] or similar, into the admin area of the site, while the rendering of the form will be in a different area of the site. You may need to add new types of fields into the form editor/renderer. What I like about this solution is that it is bootstrap/mobile ready on the form renderer and the licensing is good as well. If not versed in Microsoft Backend stuff like C# not a big deal because I have those skills, but it would be a big plus if you do.
The reason I am looking for these enhancements, is that I am looking to remove all the necessary programming in order to setup a new client/insurance program and replacing those areas with saved configurations instead.
For the right front end developer, this could be the first of many projects depending on your skill level, speed and quality of deliverables, how well we work together, and price.
The project will involve:
Wire frame/ mockup of the insurance program editor screens
-Form Editor: will need to add Underwriting Rejections/Underwriting Referral/Rating/and Information Gathering criteria to the editor and renderer form validation areas.
-May need a way to map data on back end (REST /web services / XML /JSON/AJAX) to things like dropdowns and other items in form editor.
-After a fileupload, there may be a list of required fields that will be automatically added to the form editor (and thus the renderer) for things like rating inputs.
-I will want to be able to make a customizable composite form field templates so that when I create a new form I can have consistent, reusable designs elements between them. eg. Name, Contact info ,Address, and effective date range, etc. may be an example of a template that may be the same for all forms that use the insured contact template.
-Some fields on the editor will call a web service or the like to return information to the form, for example a zip code may automatically populate the state, county, and main city information. Or there may be a button that copies information for example from location address to mailing address.
-there may be one to many relationships like adding multiple class codes to an application or multiple locations .
-there may be questions only available to certain user types (or some other identifying attribute) in the system.
