build web page on wix page for trainers certificats

We need to build a webpage on wix with the option of download certificates with PDF format for the different trainers .. by name for each one.. We have a different data of trainers ( names, Email, registration no., Mobile no) of different courses on Excel file as well as a sample of certificate for each course. So our plan to build a webpage on wix with an option of upload a data (.excel) and a sample of certificate .pdf .. simply when a trainer needs certificate he just enter either mobile no. , email or registration no. ... the web site automatically matches the entered information with the previously uploaded data and put his name in certificate after that download option appears for him. for a more clarity illustrator of idea attached.
