I already own app developer account and website. I need a team who can deliver me my IOS/ANDROID app on time without any excuses. please I need professional team to work on it. app is about E-commerse & Social Media which will be focused only on UAE first. it should be easy like instagram. I have already lost more than $3000 on a freelancer who could deliver it on time due to his other customers. I don't need those kind of excuses. I am willing to pay first amount after he provides me tasks he could perform and then go for monthly payments as my team and partner have decided. payment is not an issue , delivery / quality of an app like smoothness and professional with latest codings including animations etc should be done.
