I am looking for someone to design me a chat website. Where you can register a profile and post photos and statuses I would also like to have a live chat on the website . I would like the chat to have emojis an customizable chat text and avatars. I would also like uses to be able to post photos and caption. I would also like on the live chat when you click a user's avatar to to be able to see the users age, sex and have the option to private message the user or to whisper the user. I would also for the chat to be able to be used by guest users. for registered users to have an option to turn off private message or turn of whispers. I would also like to have full control as admin to see peoples private messages so I can monitor . I would also like to have control to make other users admins but still be in control of them. I would also like to be able to remove users and ban or unban users. And I want to be able to put a mark by a users avatar
