Build professional design for custom exit popup

I am looking for a freelancer who can be able to help me to create me a professional exit lightbox popup using with css and html code. I would like to create a exit lightbox that look very exactly like this: [login to view URL] I want to have the big white text "Wait!" with a bold and a white light next to the "!" in the custom popup. I want to have black bar on the top and the blue bar on the bottom exactly like that screenshot. The text that go after "Wait" would be small with a text called "Before You Go...". On below of that text, I want to add the texts to something is like "You'll learn how to take advantage of your business to help you how to build and grow your list. We'll offer you FREE giving away value to your business.". The text for "FREE" I want to have a red, white or gold bold with a underline. You can choose what colour to make it look very good, nice and professional. The textboxes with a name and email, a dark red button with a hover colour. I want to use the red arrow of this image: [login to view URL] That point to the textbox on the left side. And I would also like to have a red hover on the close button on the top right. I hope you can do this for a quick small job as it should not take you that long to complete it. If you can complete it with my request, please send it to me the link of your site for proof.
