Build External [login to view URL] Gateway for Woocommerce

I have a woocommerce store, i want to add a payment gateway where it redirects to a payment page website/domain i provide and transfers over the information with [login to view URL] then sends tokens back to woocommerce that the orders was succsul but it can not redirect back to the woocommrce store.
