Hi, If you have sales rep in the field, I'll suggest maybe to do a small Windows App so in a couple of months we can also create a small IOS or Android App that will allow them to collect information in the field, and that info will be sent automatically to your Windows App, we already use Geolocation among others. Another more minimallistic approach would be to create a small web page, so your rep can fill information using their phones directly on the field Don't know if I'm overkilling with these suggestions, but if your idea is to grow the automation process in your business, this two approach would be a better beggining towards that goal.
