Build me a chatbot

I am looking for a developer who can program a twitch referral/chat bot for follows and subscriptions. We all struggle to know who is helping grow our community! How about having a chat bot that not only rewards people helping to do that, but also shows us the analytics of who is helping. Lets say {ViewerA} wants to suggest {ViewerB} to check out a certain twitch channel. 1. {ViewerA} types !referral in the chat to obtain an individuell ref. link. 2. {ViewerA} sends this link to {ViewerB} 3. {ViewerB} joins the channel, following the ref. link 4. {ViewerB} follows the streamer and the bot writes in the chat who referred {ViewerB}, something like "{ViewerA} referred {ViewerB}. Thank you, help growing our community! " 5. {ViewerA} gets rewarded with X coins/points and the "referred" goes up by 1. - Feature for additional extra points if {ViewerB} subscribes the channel. - A system implemented to avoid from cheating. Like, people should not be motivated to create fake accounts and follow. I think this could be solved by a parameter like "{ViewerB} viewed stream for xx minutes." - {ViewerA} should not be able to collect additional points/coins if {ViewerB} unfollows/refollows. - The bot should also be capable to export analyses to a spreadsheet or any other solution to pull it for a webpage.
