I feel I am the best candidate for this job as I have created hundreds of database driven MySQL applications including many "portfolio style" sites similar to yours by the sounds of things! Would you require an API link to Instagram or will you be directing the traffic from your own instagram account to the website? I presume you will need an area for each artist to login to to manage their schedules (bookings etc) and payment details.
