Best of the Best style Spot the Ball Grid Software Squarespace plug-in

I require a web based application (plug-in) that allows me to enter a "spot the ball" competition on my squarespace website.

This needs to be a grid very similar to that of the way that [login to view URL] operate their online supercar competition where by the customer needs to identify where they believe a soccer ball has been removed from a picture in order to win the competition.

The grid needs to be incredibly fine as I need to sell a large number of tickets per competition. i.e. the grid would need to a large number of coordinates available for people to choose from. Here you'll see the same type of page that I am trying to add to my site.

I also need the image to be easily interchangeable so the competition can change monthly/weekly/daily.

The selection(s) must correlate with order number/account number, so that when they are finished making their selection, and proceed to payment, I am be able to match the coordinates to each transaction/order number.

If the option for this to be done via squarespace is not suitable, a custom website will be considered for the completion of this project in which we can discuss other incurring costs, however squarespace is the best option currently.
