Basic Website Needed

I need a Basic website design. I only have $50 for this project so simplicity and functionality is the name of the game. What i have - a hosting server and domain name. Website will have no navigation tabs, no footer tabs, needs to function as follow, one page leading on to the other. The content i will only discuss once i have selected the right freelancer. Please dont up sell me. 1. Landing Page - it will have a background picture with a few words and you select your country (dropdown menu), once selected, you press next, it will move to page 2 2. Page 2 - It will have a background picture with a few words and you select your language (dropdown menu), once selected, you press next, it will move to page 3 3. Page 3 - It will have a background picture with a few words and a space to enter your email, once entered, you press next, it will move to page 4 4. Page 4 - it will open a blog page which i will provide the content once i have selected the right freelance and the blog will be added only towards the end once the website has been designed, it must be designed as only i will add the blog, so need to use useay web design builders such as wix, ect drop and drag :) So what happends next once the blog opens, well again will only tell the free lancher i select :) Key features: One page leading to another until the blog No logo No navigation tabs (there is only one way and this is forward :) No footer Prefer it to be build on a website creater so once done i can take charge of it.
