App for iOS and Android + backend DB

This job concern development of a mobile app for both iOS and Android that basically allow users to connect through board-posts shared in either closed communities or with users within a certain distance (geolocation). Posts are open for engagement until bids for all content has been made AND accepted by the author (transactions) – or when they expire at a given datetime. A message section must be available on a post for both the author and all accepted bidders while the post is active. All transactions are logged for future statistics use. Simplicity and elegance is key in this app and although it does contain a certain number of related objects and the need for geolocation functionality, messaging and multilingual support, it is quite straight forward and we have fairly detailed specs of both app and backend requirements. Overall content: - Registration and logon proces - Settings section - Posts section -- Create, view, my -- Engage and accept Please only make a bid if you can accept the below scope and terms: 1. An NDA must be signed prior to receiving detailed info about this job 2. An app for both iOS and Android must be developed, including design (logo, graphics, icons) and a supporting backend DB 3. All material including blueprint is handed over to our company, unencrypted and with full ownership and copyrights 4. Code must be well structured and well commented/documented 5. If the process and result of this development project is on par with our expectations we are considering this a first step in a forward relation.
