API integration with website

I have a website and I need it to make 3 different API calls and pull back fields from the APIs. Below are the details of the calls, the fields are in what I think are arrays, they are not just fields I could pick out. I have used a sample address for the calls, but users will enter their address and then the program will take the address and pull the fields. I have code that does something similar but uses another company's APIs.

I need calls to three different APIs all using an address that the user puts in on the previous screen.
I would like all calls done in a separate file that is not viewable when someone tries to view the source code online.

In owner:owner1 I need lastname, firstNameandMi
In owner:owner2 I need lastname, firstNameandMi
