Android, Json, xml Api integration of receipt printers with 3d party software

We need to create an Android APK capable of sensing a printer connected via LAN, USB or wifi to a 3d party APK . No time wasters, please. We need someone really capable and willing to go the extra mile with us. Someone honest and with modest expectations. Ideally, we need an Android APK do be downloaded alongside theirs which can take the API calls for orders and sense any available printer connected either via USB, Bluetooth or LAN to print upon order completion. It would also be useful to have a PHP control panel for monitoring purposes based on the printers' WIFI IP.
