admin panel for job search website (PHP, jQuery, mySQL)

Hi freelancers, I am looking for a freelancer to develop a php/javaScript dashboard in Wordpress for registered users. The website is a job portal, where users can sign in using the Linkedin API. Users can register then for several "roles" and can be matched through several processes. There should be a dashboard for the users (which is there, but the functions don't exist yet) and a new dashboard for the administrator, where he can go through the database of registered users and match them. So a new database should be created to store all the personal data of users. This application will have a connection with mailchimp in order to send automated emails thoughout the process. The site is almost finished, we only need to complete this last custom coding part. So I am looking for someone particularly experienced at php/jQuery and mySQL database management.
