Add not functions to existing program and website to booking appointments online

Existing program already upload local db data to website. And download data from web db. We need to modify program to upload a different table data to website and also read a website table record to update local db. Scan the website table periodically (for all patient records uploaded), and check for new appointment bookings and insert new appointment records on local db and mark web site record that insertion is done. The existing program is already doing most of the functions already. Existing program is written in VC++2017. Website is done in php and javascript and mysql 4 items to be done. The existing program is already doing the ftp data to website. 1- read the local schedule db and upload a cvs file to update the online schedule (CVS contain 5 fields from the apt table) "Select aptdate,apttime,aptlen,chair,docnum for apt where aptdate>today" >#c:\[login to view URL] 2- read the patient table and select a list of patients by recall date range and upload the data in xml format(program already uploading patient [login to view URL] but we need to select different data set to upload) 3- For every patient record selected and uploaded, read the [login to view URL](patient_selection records) and see what appointment has been selected and check local schedule and see if the appointment can be booked. If the appointment is available than book it (create apt record) and mark the activity record(schedule.status=0 otherwise =2) as booked.
