Add an extra feature to the current php file

I have two a project which consists of two php files. Currently these includes everything that I need but I need an extra feature added to the index page. It is a button that will execute a GET request. The script works as follows: 1. First API call will get some data in the form "ACCESS_NUMBER:<random digits>:<NUMBER> The NUMBER from above response is shown in the index page, in a table's first column. 2. The <random digits> is taken from the above response and another API call is made which will wait for some data in the form "STATUS_OK:<CODE>" The CODE received received in is shown in the index page's second column. The third column consists of a DELETE button which will just remove the entire column from the index page. Now I need a button next to DELETE which will be named as CANCEL and when this is clicked it will take the <random digits> obtained in the first call's response and send an API call (I will provide the API and parameters) and remove this entire row from the index page. I have attached the image of how the index page looks. I have a very tight budget on this.
