Head office in Saudi Arabia Having employees of 25 Branch Office in Egypt having employees of 30 Branch office in Portugal Europe having employees of 10 We have around 20 projects Looking for Design an accounting program for us or suggest readymade programs which are available online like Xero-Zoho and trained to our accountant which gives as the report whenever needed as stated below. • Cost of the each employee per hour by calculating salary + fixed cost + Running Expenses + Management cost to be charges on proportionate basis to all employees. • On one project two employees working from Saudi Arabia , 4 from Egypt and 3 from Europe wish to know total hours spend by all employees on each project they worked by implementing time-tracking programmer on all sites. • Total hours spent on each projects by all the employees. • Actual cost of the project. • Actual cost per month. • Actual amount deserve from the client but not collected for the particular period. • How much amount collected from the client for a particular period? • Status of the project (Actual hours needed to be completed – how many hours already spent – how many hours still remaining to be completed) • How much is the profit or loss from each project. (by calculating number of hours spent by all the employees) Based to the above will pass the information of cost of the employees with overhead + income from projects and hours to complete the project.
