Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using PHP. I am looking to build a simple web based squeeze page builder that can have multiple users.
I have attached a diagram. Basically the user logs in - so it has to have a registration and management system built around the the squeeze page generator as a starting point.
The builder will lead the user through several questions such as
1. Enter your main Heading
2 user enters the text for heading and other text and the text for the button (ie download free report)
3 the builder will then show the results on screen
The user will have ability to alter text size, font, colours
4 the user will have ability to add background
5 the builder will ask user for background image
The builder will ask for the Aweber JavaScript or raw HTML form code to attach to the 'free download button'
Once complete it will display the finished page online
6 the user can download the generated HTML files in zip format to thier hard drive - so they can later upload to thier server. As an extra option I would like the ability to host any users generated files on my server, so they can just use a dedicated URL to send visitor to.
