Write some Software that include Wix API and Facebook Pixel

hello i looking for a person who familiar with Wix Platform API and also Facebook API especially Facebook Pixel and Conversion. are you familiar with those two ? if so, i want to build a Wix App that integrate with my wix site. The app is very very simple and not complicate. it's take the remarketing Pixel from facebook account and put it correctly in the HTML source of my wix site. its not really an App and the reason i called it like that is beacuse in order to integrate and communicate the Wix website code you need an Wix App can you do somthing like that ?
