Working Crypto Arbitrage Bot -- 2

Please develop a crypto arbitrage software for me, that is doing automatically trades on the crypto market. The concept of arbitrage is fundamentally simple. You can buy a good on market A for a smaller price than you can sell it on market B. Let's make an example for BTC/USD currency. First price is sell, second price is buy. Bitfinex: 2,803.1000 / 2,803.6000 OKCoin: 3,011.3100 / 3,018.6200 So I could buy on Bitfinex 1 BitCoin for 2803 USD and sell it on OKCoin for 3011 USD. That's the easy part. The more complex part is that every transaction also has transaction costs and the money must be transferred. During this time the currency can obviously raise or fall. The software should be written in Pyhton or PHP, should have a small interface and should run based on a cronjob on a classic EC2-Amazon-Server.
