I've made an update to the menu in the Appearance > Menus tab. The change shows up when I'm logged in as an admin but when I log out it shows the old menu not my new one. I didn't build this site I’m just taking over maintenance of it. There seems to be a lot of hardcoded overrides in the theme. I can't find where the Wordpress menu is being over ridden. I'm looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix this issue.
