Develop Screen Sharing/ Remote Support Software

DO submit an accurate proposal. DO NOT submit a low proposal and then ask what our budget is. DO NOT submit a proposal and then change the price as soon as as message you. We are a remote support company and need new remote support/ remote support software that works similar to Teamviewer Quick Support or Ammy Admin. Requirements: -Our IIS server can be used to host a webservice if needed with out static domain name to connect to. This should only be used to establish the connection, but the remote control should not pass through this server and should go directly to the technician for faster speed. - Techs and customers need to be able to connect from any location, using our server as a bridge. - Tech must be able to click a button to uninstall the service and remove the customer software. - Tech must be able to have unlimited connections to more than one customer at a time. -Customer side must be able to show a popup message upon disconnect. -Must be able to transfer files. - Tech must have an option to do a remote regular reboot, reboot to safe mode, force reboot (shutdown -r -f). -Tech side must have a dropdown box showing list of previous ID's connected to so they can easily reconnect. - Tech will need to make up and enter their own ID number that the customer can type in, the tech will type in the same number to establish the remote. - Software should be standalone and have no installer. -Must run a service that will work through reboots. -Must have a stop sign icon on the client side when the remote is running, if a user clicks the stop sign it will uninstall the remote and service. -Remote must automatically reconnect after running combofix ([login to view URL]) -Must auto connect even when using safe mode with networking (Msconfig- Safeboot option) -Must auto connect after reboots and notify the technician once it's ready to connect again. -Must not take up a lot of memory, or cause high CPU usage. -Must work through firewalls. -Must include our company logo when launching. -Must not be falsely detected as a virus by major Antivirus companies. -Must be able to download from all browsers. - Must be able to adjust the number of colors to get a faster remote connection (ex. 256 colors). - Must be digitally signed
